Class next Sun. July 14th will be at Maple Bluff Beach Park!! 10am, come to chillllll out with me in the sun and maybe even jump in the lake!
Hello! Yoga this summer has been going sooo great! The outdoor yoga has been sooo much fun, inspiring, and I am honored to be meeting such wonderful people. Please come to Maple Bluff Beach, the nicest in town, for next weeks class on July 14th! In addition to my outdoor yoga in the parks series I have also started teaching at Jewel in the Lotus on E. Johnson St.:
